Warranty Policy

Cocco Hair Pro understands that Hair Tools are essential to the Professional Stylist.  We want to ensure when you use a Cocco Product that they function at their optimal performance for every service you do.  Better tools equate to better Hair Artistry.  That being said, products do stop working from time to time.  Our Warranty Policies were created to ensure quick and easy resolution if this happens to you.  We have dedicated more expertise in the warranty department to provide fast response time and quick resolution to ensure you have optimal tools, always.

Hair Dryers/Styling Irons/Clippers - NO HASSLE 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.  Items that are not purchased by an authorized reseller will not be covered.  If you are unsure if you are purchasing from an authorized reseller, you can email us at [email protected] or text us at 216.518.1523.

Your Cocco Hair Dryers, Styling Irons, and Clippers will be repaired or replaced within 1 year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship and you have complied with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions.  If your item stops working properly or you feel there is a defect, you can email us at [email protected] or text us at 216.518.1523 for a Return Authorization Number.

You will then be asked to return your item to:

Once we receive your item, we will diagnose the issue to determine the cause of the problem.
WE DO NOT COVER:
- normal wear and tear
- physical damage i.e. dropping your tool
- misuse
- shortage caused by your outlet
- items that are not purchased through an authorized reseller

If your item is covered under the Warranty:
We will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.  Warranty Fee $35.  This process normally takes 1-2 weeks from when we received your item.

If your item is NOT covered under the Warranty:
We will contact you and ask if you wanted to repair the item.  Labor fee ($59) would apply.  We would then ship the item out to you.  This process normally takes 1-2 weeks from when we contact you.

After My Warranty Expires:
If your items stops working properly or you feel there is a defect, AFTER your warranty has expired, you can email us at [email protected] or text us at 216.518.1523 for a Return Authorization Number.

You will then be asked to return your item to:

There is a $59 Labor Fee to diagnose, repair or replace and ship your item back to you.  This process normally takes 2 business days once we receive the item.
